Pecos Pit Stop We'll be making a pit stop in Pecos, Texas on the way to El Paso after leaving Weatherford this morning. Pecos is about 40 minutes east of the Interstate 20 and Interstate 10 interchange, and is a good mid-point to take our lunch break. Salt River Canyon in Arizona We'll be doing a lot of driving in east Arizona today, including through the scenic Salt River Canyon along US Highway 60.
