Hawthorne, Nevada to Klamath Falls, Oregon with Wind, Rain and Fire

Today we continue on our journey from North Las Vegas, Nevada to Lacey, Washington. Yesterday, we made it as far as Hawthorne, Nevada where we parked for the night at the Golden Gate Travel Center. From Hawthorne, we'll head north on US Highway 95 to Fallon and then head west on US Highway 50 to Fernley where we'll pick up Interstate Highway 80 west. On The Road Again – Leaving North Las Vegas on US-95

After some much needed time off, we're getting back on the road again! We picked up our load yesterday and parked the truck back at the drop yard; this load has enough time on it that I could stay home another night. Before we could go, however, we had to drop off my bi-annual physical paperwork at the DMV, which took longer than I expected.
