Today we’ll be running the back roads of Maine from Interstate 95 at Auburn to North Jay. There we’ll get a load of paper rolls to haul to Leavenworth, Kansas.
Along the way, be sure to watch for the guy driving a World War 2 era jeep!
At the shipper in North Jay, you’ll get to watch, from a unique perspective, as I move the trailer tandems before backing into the dock for loading.
Once we’re loaded, we’ll head back to Auburn to scale out the load before heading back through New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
We’ll end the day in northern Connecticut.
Cities and Towns Featured Along the Way:
Roads Traveled:
- Interstate 95
- US Highway 202
- Maine State Route 4
- Maine State Route 100
- Maine State Route 17
