Very early in my truck driving career, I experienced something very unique, at least to me at the time; I picked up a load from an underground storage facility in Quincy, Illinois and delivered to an underground storage facility in Springfield, Missouri.
Before I got into trucking, I had no idea there were underground storage facility for food products, but apparently, there are several around the Midwest.
