Prove You Can Drive?

Sometimes you have to prove you can drive a tractor trailer.
Before we can get our next load, I have to head to Schneider National’s Phoenix facility to meet with a trainer to review safety policies and take an annual safety check ride, proving I can drive a tractor trailer safely.
Load’s Not Ready!
Once that’s done, we’ll find out that our pre-loaded trailer that was supposed to be waiting for us at the yard, isn’t here yet.
We’ll have to head over to the shipper for a live load before we can head towards Portland, Oregon.

Next Video
California Holiday Traffic
Tomorrow we’ll cross the Colorado River into California on our way to Portland, Oregon.
By the time we hit Palm Springs, we’ll start seeing traffic heading east out of the Los Angeles metro.
Once we hit Interstate Highway 15 northbound, we’ll be caught up in traffic heading north, mostly towards Las Vegas; good thing we’re not heading there!
