We’re going to descend the dreaded Grapevine Hill today!
If done incorrectly, this steep downgrade can be deadly; so, let’s do it the right way.
Starting in Lebec
We’re starting at the Flying J Travel Center in Lebec, California, and we’ll be driving north to Lathrop, California to make our delivery later today.
Lunch in Lost Hills
We’ll make a lunch stop in Lost Hills again.

We’re picking up our next load in Santa Clara, at the south end of the San Francisco Bay Area.
After picking up our load, we’ve got to cross a high bridge and are warned about the high winds before crossing.
