There’s Never Enough Truck Parking

Today’s Journey

Getting caught up in Chicago-Land traffic in the rain yesterday really slowed us down.

We got as far as we needed to by the end of the day, but we got shut down really late.

This means we’re getting a late start today and we’ll get to our delivery really late tonight.

This forces me to deal with the ever present issue of there not being enough truck parking.

This map shows the entire route for this load and you can see today’s segment beginning at a service plaza in northwestern Ohio to our delivery in Pennsylvania:
